Covered porch options can be built to your specifications. Let your Housing Consultant know that you are interested in a covered porch and he/she will price accordingly.

 

Decks

 

Deck options are based on your specific size. Let your Housing Consultant know that you are interested in a deck and he/she will price accordingly.

 

Basements

 

Basements are calculated based on the home that is being purchased. Due to site conditions a site evaluation maybe need to determine an accurate price.

Storage sheds

 

Can be built to your specific size. Let your housing consultant know that you are interested in a storage shed and it will be priced accordingly.
